This Level 2 (1 credit) two-hour course will focus more generally on safeguarding and is suitable for anyone working directly or indirectly with children and vulnerable adults.
After completing this course, delegates will understand:
- The types of abuse
- The signs and indicators of abuse and neglect
- How to respond to concerns about the safety and welfare of a child or vulnerable adult
- How to record and report concerns
- Relevant safeguarding legislation
Upon successful completion of the course, delegates will receive accreditation from the Open College Network (OCN Credit4Learning)
